Refund Policy
How deposits, cancellations, and refunds work for projects.
Custom work
Websites and funnels are custom services. Because time and work begin as soon as a project starts, payments are generally tied to project stages rather than being fully refundable.
Deposits
Projects typically begin with a deposit that reserves time in the schedule. Deposits are non-refundable once discovery or design work has started.
Cancellations
If you cancel before work begins, any deposit will be refunded in full. If you cancel mid-project, you pay for work completed to date, and any prepaid amount for work not yet started will be refunded.
Revisions & satisfaction
Each project includes the revision rounds stated in its proposal. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any concerns before a refund is considered.
Third-party costs
Domains, hosting, plugins, stock assets, and other third-party purchases are non-refundable through us and follow the vendor's own policy.
How to request
Send refund requests through the contact form on this website. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Project agreement
If your signed proposal or contract includes different refund terms, those terms apply.
