Inspections with photos
Every roof check ends with a photo report of each slope, so you have something to hand an adjuster instead of a verbal maybe.
Front Range roofers since 1994
We install, repair and document roofs the way an adjuster would want them documented — so the paperwork is as tight as the shingles.

Impact-rated shingles, ice-and-water shield at the eaves and Class 4 bundles, stocked for hail country rather than ordered in when you need them.
The foreman who quotes your roof is the one who signs off the nail sweep. Nothing gets handed to a subcontractor you never met.
Est.About Ironpeak
Ironpeak started with one truck, a borrowed ladder and a roof in Longmont that still has not leaked. Three decades later the trucks are ours, the ladder is better, and the promise is the same one the first customer got.
Quality services

Full tear-off down to the deck, new underlayment, and architectural or impact-rated shingles laid to the manufacturer's pattern.

Hidden-fastener panels engineered for snow load, with a 40-year finish and flashings folded on site instead of cut from a kit.

Same-week tarping, source tracing with a hose test, and a photo file written in the format insurers actually process.
Roof check in three taps
No email, no account. It is the same three questions a foreman asks before climbing a ladder — and you get a straight range, not a "contact us".
Working plan
01Pick a 30-minute window. We photograph every slope, check the flashing and the attic, and send the written summary the same day.
02Materials, dates, payment stages and what happens if the deck is rotten are all in writing before a single shingle comes up.
03Beds and bedsides tarped, a magnet sweep of every yard and drive, bins hauled, and the final photo file handed over at the end.

Asked questions
No. Thirty minutes, photos of every slope, a written summary of what is holding and what is not. If nothing is wrong, I tell you that on the spot and you keep the file.
Yes. We bring the photo file, the written scope and the material list, and we will sit with the adjuster on your roof rather than argue over the phone.
Same week in most Front Range storms. Any home with water coming through the ceiling goes to the front of the queue, regardless of who we quoted.
A 25-year workmanship warranty from us in writing, plus the manufacturer's material warranty registered in your name. Both are handed over at final sign-off.
We do, and we will tell you when a repair is the smarter buy. About a fifth of the roofs we look at do not need replacing yet, and saying so is cheaper than selling one.

Leave a number and a ZIP. We call back the same working day with a time, not a sales pitch.

Adjusters work from evidence. A two-minute walk-around with your phone now is worth more than a phone call in July.

Impact resistance is a test result, not a lifespan. Here is the difference and why insurers ask for the number.

A tight roof with no airflow will curl new shingles in eight years. Ventilation is the cheapest part of the job to get wrong.
